This Subscription Agreement governs the optional paid subscription services provided within the Orikealn app, an AI-powered tool designed to convert personal photos into Q-version figurine images. By purchasing or activating any subscription service offered by the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, as well as the Orikealn User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Orikealn is designed to be accessible without account registration or login—you can activate and use subscription features immediately after purchase, with all core image processing conducted locally on your device. Orikealn does not collect any facial data, facial information, or use facial recognition technology at any stage of subscription activation, usage, or renewal. No facial features, facial characteristics, biometric data, or facial profiles are gathered, stored, transmitted, or shared by the App or its subscription services. All AI processing related to your photos, whether using free or subscription features, takes place entirely on your device without extracting, analyzing, or using any facial data.
Orikealn offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock enhanced premium features, including additional visual styles, faster local AI processing, unlimited figurine generation, and exclusive editing tools. Subscriptions are available in multiple durations (e.g., monthly, annual) to suit different user needs, with all premium features accessible immediately upon subscription activation.
Throughout your subscription period, the App maintains its strict privacy commitment: no facial data is collected from any photos you upload, any figurine images you generate, or any interaction with the App’s premium features. The App does not use facial recognition algorithms, extract facial landmarks, or build facial profiles—all processing of your content remains local to your device, and no facial information is ever sent to external servers, even as part of your subscription benefits. The premium features focus solely on improving the Q-version figurine generation experience, not on collecting or processing facial data.
All subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You have full control over your subscription: you can manage, pause, or cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple’s official payment system. Orikealn does not collect, store, or process any payment information, nor does it share any user data—including facial data—with payment providers or third-party billing services. No facial data or visual personal information is requested, accessed, or stored in connection with subscription payments, renewals, or billing inquiries.
Upon activating your subscription, you are granted a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the App’s premium features for personal use only. You may not share, sell, transfer, or assign your subscription rights to any third party, nor may you use the subscription to bypass usage limitations, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the App’s features.
You agree to use the subscription features in compliance with the Orikealn User Agreement, including using only photos you own or have the legal right to use. Orikealn reserves the right to restrict or terminate your subscription if you violate these usage rules.
Even with an active subscription, all photos you upload and all figurine images you generate remain stored locally on your device. The App does not collect any facial data, perform facial recognition, or analyze facial features on any content created or uploaded during your subscription period. The premium features do not require or involve any facial data collection, and your facial privacy remains fully protected at all times.
You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have full access to the App’s premium features until the period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
All refund requests for subscription purchases are administered exclusively by Apple in accordance with its official refund policies. Orikealn does not process direct refunds, payment adjustments, or subscription-related billing inquiries—please contact Apple Support for assistance with refund requests.
Canceling or terminating your subscription does not result in the collection, storage, or transmission of any facial data. All your photos, generated figurine images, and other content remain stored locally on your device, and the App continues to refrain from gathering any facial information before, during, or after subscription cancellation. No facial data is ever retained or accessed by Orikealn, regardless of your subscription status.
Orikealn reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing, available premium features, or the terms of this Agreement at its discretion. Any changes will be announced within the App in advance (e.g., through in-app notifications), and the updated terms will take effect for new subscriptions immediately. For existing subscribers, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
Any modifications to the subscription service will not alter Orikealn’s core policy of not collecting facial data. We will never add features that require facial data collection, facial recognition, or facial analysis as part of the subscription service, and any changes to the App will continue to prioritize local processing and facial privacy. You will be explicitly notified of any material changes related to data handling, but facial data collection will never be introduced.
