Welcome to Orikealn, an AI-powered application that allows you to convert personal photos into Q-version figurine images. This User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the Orikealn app and all its features, services, and content. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the App.
Orikealn is designed to be simple and accessible—you do not need to create an account, register, or provide any personal credentials to use the App. You can start using all of the App’s core features immediately after downloading and installing it on your device. Our priority is to provide you with a seamless, privacy-focused experience, and a key part of that commitment is ensuring that the App does not collect any facial data, facial information, or use facial recognition technology in any form. We do not gather, store, process, or share any data related to your face, whether from the photos you upload, the images you generate, or any other interaction with the App. All processing of your photos and generated images occurs entirely on your device, and no facial data is ever extracted, accessed, or transmitted to our servers or any third parties. We do not build facial profiles, analyze facial characteristics, or use any technology that can identify or extract facial information from your content.
The App is made available to you free of charge, and you can access its core features without any account registration or login. To use the App, you must have a compatible device that meets the minimum system requirements for the App, and you are responsible for ensuring that your device is capable of running the App and that you have the necessary permissions (such as access to your device’s gallery and camera) to use all its features.
When using the App’s camera feature to take a new photo or selecting a photo from your device’s gallery, the App does not collect any facial data or facial information. The only purpose of accessing your photos or camera is to allow the App’s local AI model to generate a Q-version figurine image—no facial data is extracted, stored, or processed beyond what is necessary for this local generation process. We do not use any facial recognition algorithms to identify you or any other person in the photos, and no facial information is ever retained or shared. All images you upload and all generated figurine images remain on your device, and no facial data is ever transmitted to external servers or third parties.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you have received explicit written permission from the App’s developer to use it for commercial purposes. You may not use the App in any way that violates the terms of this Agreement or that could harm the App, its developer, or other users.
The App’s core features include selecting a photo from your device’s gallery, taking a new photo with your device’s camera, choosing one of three built-in visual styles (Cute, Cool, or Retro), generating a Q-version figurine image, and managing your generated works in the “Works” section. You agree to use these features in accordance with the following rules:
At no point during the use of these features does the App collect any facial data or facial information. The AI model used to generate figurine images operates entirely on your device and does not extract, analyze, or store any facial characteristics from your photos. Even when you share a generated figurine image, the image is a stylized representation, and no facial data is included in the shared content—nor does the App collect any information about the shared image or the recipient. We do not use any facial recognition technology to track or identify you or any other person in the photos you use or the images you generate.
The App itself, including but not limited to its software, code, AI models, interface, design, logos, and visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of the App’s developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works based on the App, without the explicit written permission of the developer.
With respect to the photos you upload and the Q-version figurine images generated by the App: you retain all ownership rights to your original photos. You also retain ownership rights to the generated figurine images, and you are free to use, save, and share them for personal purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable laws.
The App does not claim any rights to your facial data or facial information because we do not collect any such data. Since no facial data is collected, stored, or processed, there is no intellectual property claim related to facial information—all rights related to your photos and generated images remain with you. We do not use your facial information to create any intellectual property, and we do not retain any facial data that could be used to develop or modify the App’s AI models.
When using the App, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and any content you upload or generate. You agree to:
You also acknowledge that the App does not collect any facial data, and therefore you have no responsibility to manage or protect facial data related to the App—all such data remains on your device, and you have full control over it. You are not required to provide any facial information to use the App, and you will never be asked to share facial data with the App’s developer or any third parties. Since no facial data is collected, you do not need to worry about unauthorized access to or misuse of your facial information.
The App’s developer reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance the App at any time, including adding new features, changing existing features, or fixing bugs. We may also update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App or our practices. When we make changes to the Agreement, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. By continuing to use the App after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the App.
Any changes to the App or this Agreement will not affect our commitment to not collecting facial data. We will never add features that collect facial data, facial information, or use facial recognition technology without explicitly notifying you, and any such change would require your explicit consent. Even if the App is updated, all processing of your photos and generated images will remain local to your device, and no facial data will be collected, stored, or transmitted.
You may stop using the App at any time, for any reason, by uninstalling the App from your device. The App’s developer reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. If your access is terminated, you must stop using the App immediately, and all content stored locally on your device (including photos and generated figurine images) will remain on your device unless you choose to delete it.
Termination of your access to the App will not result in the collection or transmission of any facial data, as we do not collect any facial data in the first place. All facial information related to your photos and generated images remains on your device, and you retain full control over it even after your access to the App is terminated. We do not retain any facial data that could be associated with your use of the App, so there is no facial data to delete or transfer upon termination.
